The Truth about Weight Loss Medication💉💊👇🏼

The benefits is that it decreases appetite, decreasing people’s daily calorie intake and therefore people losing weight🫃🏻

But once you decide to go off the medication the weight starts climbing back up again📈, or when you reach a plateau you don’t know where you are going wrong🤷🏻‍♂️

So what are you going to do?

Stay reliant on the medication💉, or learn how to improve and maintain your body all year round💪🏼

Stop taking advice from people who clearly don’t know what they’re talking about 🤦🏻‍♂️

No amount of supplements or exercises will contribute more towards your weight loss than thermodynamics

It is much easier to blame your hormones🧬, believe you have some sort of disadvantage than it is to accept that you have to make changes in your habits/ relationship with food😋

You can’t have ability without stability🙅🏻‍♂️👇🏼

For most exercises in the gym I recommend following the rule “Exhale for Effort”😮‍💨, this is because your diaphragm rises🫁 which not only improve core stability, but also improve muscle activation💪🏼

However for Squats, Bench & Deadlifts, it is better to hold your breathe and brace your core before the bottom of the movement🏋️, then exhale as you get to the top. Similar to if you were doing those lifts in a swimming pool 🏊

Overall, make sure to master your technique before trying to lift heavy. If there’s one thing that will hurt your ego more than lifting light😪, it will be the injure you get failing to lift heavy🤕

Metabolic rate is the amount of calories your body burns in a day📆

Metabolic rate can dependant on age👴🏼, sex👫, body size📏, composition🫃🏻, physical activity🏃🏻, and genetics🧬

People don’t get to 600lbs through eating 3000 calories every day, often for people to get to that size you are eating an absurd amount of calories.

These can be due to bad eating habits, addictions and lack of structure

If you are trying to lose weight, please don’t waste your money on supplements💊, teas🍵 and whatever exercise program people try to sell you🤑

Because you simply can’t beat a bad diet through exercise😰

A diet doesn’t need to be strict or perfect 🙅‍♂️

You can eat carbs, have fast food and not feel like s**t whilst achieving your goals 💪🏼🏆

It’s true, we have cheat meals too 🙈🥤🍟

Not everyday is going to be perfect, and sometimes you just really want to have that treat😋

What’s most important is consistency, if that one meal helps you enjoy your diet more and is also able to fit in your calories & protein. Then HAVE THAT BIGMAC!!! 🍔😂
