Let’s Doula this 👌🏼

Having a doula for your birth is the biggest flex

someone who’s got your back through all of it

who’s fully aware of everything you’re going through and can say the right thing at the right time

Someone who can fill in the information gaps in an instant to help you make informed decisions

Someone who knows when it’s time to hold your hand and give you reassurance or when it’s time to tell you how to power through

I love being a doula, greatest honour upon this earth to be chosen to be present and a part of a family’s most precious moments because they trust that you’ll help make it a better experience for them all

Happy business birthday to me🎂

7 years ago I set out on a mission to help the women of Liverpool (and then beyond) to have better births

Since then I’ve lost count of the amount of women I’ve supported, births I’ve made more positive but I’ve never lost sight of the absolute honour it is to do this job.

It’s not easy, I won’t lie, running a business in this climate is hard. Being in the birth world in general is heavy at times, but I owe it to each and every one of you to keep going and so I do.

Since I started with a simple pregnancy massage service I’ve then pivoted quite quickly to my true passion Hypnobirthing and antenatal education

Then I became a doula and trained in reflexology
I’ve then added breastfeeding education to my qualifications, I’m an EFT tapping practitioner and most recently a 200hr hatha yoga qualification

I’ve learned a lot these past 7 years, I wonder what I’ll learn in the next 7.

If you’ve worked with me or plan to in the future, I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for trusting me for being a part of your most special times
