We’re now part of Pure Physiotherapy – what does that mean for you?
In short, not a lot is changing. You’ll still see the same team at the clinic, and you will continue to receive the same great service. Our day-to-day operations will not change, but we will have additional support from Pure Physiotherapy’s reception team, and you may notice a friendly new physio or two in the near future.
You will notice some Pure Physiotherapy logos on our signs, invoices, emails, and uniform soon. We are also adopting some of their background systems and processes to make your experience more efficient, but you shouldn’t experience any major changes.
