It was a privilege for our very own Jake Mills to attend the London Government Dinner at Mansion House, an event with a rich history dating back to 1962, with its origins traced as far back as 1880 ✨

The annual dinner brings together representative bodies concerned with the government and administration of London, providing an important opportunity for the Lady Mayor, on behalf of the City of London Corporation, to welcome the Mayor of London, the Chair of London Councils, senior London Borough leaders, and others who play a vital role in the infrastructure and civic life of the capital.

Jake’s attendance reflects the growing strength of Chasing the Stigma’s engagement across the City of London, building on our work with the City Bridge Foundation and wider collaboration with partners who share a commitment to improving wellbeing, inclusion, and access to support.

Moments like these matter, not only for strengthening relationships, but for ensuring that mental health, prevention, and community-based support remain firmly part of the conversation shaping the future of our city 💚

For the fifth year running, The Royal Foundation of The Prince and Princess of Wales hosted a Carol Service at Westminster Abbey, bringing together people from across the UK to thank those who go above and beyond to support their communities.

We were incredibly honoured to be invited this year in recognition of our work supporting the launch of the National Su***de Prevention Network. To see this work acknowledged in such a historic and meaningful space was both humbling and powerful.

The service took place on Friday 5 December 2025 and featured readings and performances from Dan Smith of Bastille, Kate Winslet and Chiwetel Ejiofor.

Moments like this remind us why visibility, collaboration and compassion matter, and why we keep pushing for better mental health support for everyone. 💙
