Women of Power 2026 – A Full Circle Moment

I’m incredibly proud (and honestly a little emotional) to share that I am a finalist in Women of Power 2026 with Women of Power

But this isn’t just about standing on a stage. This is about resilience. Growth. And the journey it took to get here.

Many people know me as the woman who helps others build confidence, transform their health and believe in themselves again. What fewer people see are the quieter chapters that shaped me.

In my past, I have personally received support from Liverpool Women's Hospital — through miscarriages, genetic support and other gynaecology care. Those moments were some of the most vulnerable and challenging times of my life. The care, compassion and expertise I received during those years will always stay with me. That’s why this event means even more.

Money raised through this journey goes directly to Liverpool Women’s Hospital — a place that supports thousands of women and families during some of their most critical, life-changing moments.
So this isn’t just fundraising for an event.
It’s giving back to a place that has supported me when I needed it most. It’s standing as proof that even through heartbreak and uncertainty, strength can be rebuilt.

If you have ever felt supported by me, encouraged by me, or watched me quietly rebuild parts of my life — I would be so grateful for your support now.

Portia has had her next review and is now an impressive 60.5cm down.

Yvonne joined us 3 weeks ago to improve her weight and internal body stats which were stubbornly not shifting despite her trying.
During that time she has lost 2.4kg, dropped 2 units of visceral fat, she is now 4 years younger metabolically and has lost 24cm. Her non-scale victories are her increase in confidence and energy.

For those who don't already know, I am a coach at Old Swan Nutrition and I would love to give friends and people I am connected with, the opportunity to have a free wellness evaluation in February 😊

It’s a really relaxed chat about your nutrition and goals followed by a body scan which looks at your Visceral Fat, Body Fat, Metabolic age, Bone mass, and Hydration levels (as most people are dehydrated)

It’s a really interesting and quite insightful look into what is going on in your body.
