👉 A prolapse is a collapse of support
When things weaken… the uterus can descend downwards

💥 WHAT IT ACTUALLY FEELS LIKE:
• Heavy / dragging feeling “down there”
• Like something is dropping or falling
• Pressure in the va**na or pelvis
• Worse as the day goes on
• That “tampon falling out” feeling

👉 This is coming from the top of the va**na (uterus)

⚠️ HERE’S WHERE IT GETS CONFUSING:

Symptoms can feel VERY similar to other prolapses

✔️ Heaviness

• Uterine = central / downward / dragging

💥 WHAT IT ACTUALLY FEELS LIKE:
• Bulge at the front of the va**na
• Pressure / heaviness “down there”
• Needing to wee more often
• Not feeling fully empty
• Worse as the day goes on

👉 This is coming from the bladder side (anterior wall)

• Pushing to wee
• Hovering over the toilet
