Beautiful day working in school today celebrating World Kindness Day. The children received hand reflexology specifically designed to calm their nervous system and we read one of my favourite books together - Have you filled a bucket today? 🪣.
We learnt how we can fill each other’s buckets by doing and saying kind things to one another. Even us adults can learn so much from this beautiful book ✨
