It’s a privilege to see people’s progression & improved confidence isn’t it? I try to let people know that I see it as it can be hard to see for ourselves. I don’t think I’ve ever included weight or slimness in that as they’re neither here nor there to me, but definition in arms/legs, increased core, back & over all strength, improved coordination, better mobility, more confidence & self belief, a bum that is no longer sliding down the back of legs (that could just be me 😬) - these are all tangible benefits of a regular Pilates practice in a safe, supportive environment ❤️
