Today we have had croissants and coffee until 11am, followed by Andy C sharing his recovery journey in this weeks Care To Share.

Sun is out so Salad & Sandwiches it was for lunch 🥗🥪!!

This afternoon will be spent Crafts and Bracelet Making or you can get involved in the Scouse Big Book Study Group, we will be opening up the big book and explaining it in plain old English and modern day language! 👩🏻‍🎨🧶📚🙇🏻‍♀️🛟

Last week our Lifeboat team delivered our very first recovery group inside HMP Altcourse. What a privilege it is to be able to take our services to those who cannot access us in the community.

We’ll now be alternating weekly between HMP Altcourse and HMP Walton, continuing to support those inside who are in need. Such an important and rewarding step for us being able to provide this and ensure no one is left behind 🛟👏🏻🛟👏🏻🛟👏🏻🛟

🛑 Ketamine use is a growing issue that calls for clear, informed discussion within our community.

Lifeboat Recovery Hub in collaboration with Liverpool City Council, SHARP, along with Brink and River Drug Services, is hosting a dedicated Ketamine Awareness Forum this Friday to support individuals, families and professionals with reliable guidance and practical resources.

📅 Friday, 27th February 2026
🕕 6PM – 8PM
📍 The Brink, 15–21 Parr Street, Liverpool L1 4JN

Their ketamine leads and nurses will provide insight on:
📘 Literature Packs – Physical impact, risks and consequences
🔗 Referral Information – Detox, rehab options and treatment pathways across the city
🧭 Recovery Support – How recovery works and where to access help

This event is a safe, informative space for anyone seeking clarity, support or next steps.

Our brand new Song Writing Workshop will start this Friday and run every other week 12 until 2pm 🎶🎤🎸🎼📝

Everyone coming together, exploring their creativity, learning and honing some songwriting skills and making some music! Open to everyone, regardless of experience, first timers who just want to see what it’s about, or those distinguished song writers that would like to work with people 🧡
