Starting in January 2026 l will be running a 10 week meditation course, at Liverpool.

Meditation is the go to tool to help you...

This course are suitable for beginner and advanced meditators.
Tickets are available to purchase for each weekly meditation workshop for the course starting on Wednesday 7th January @ 6:00-7:30pm with upfront booking available saving you some money.

I am excited to announce that on 9th January, I’m guiding a Somatic Nervous System Reset session at Inner Guru, Liverpool.

If you’ve been carrying stress or tension, this is your invitation to pause, breathe and come home to yourself.

Together we’ll:
- Learn simple grounding techniques to feel safe and steady in your body
- Practice gentle meditation to reconnect with yourself
