We are upgrading!!! We are converting our studio space into a fully functioning fitness studio 💪

If you are fitness or kettlebell coach and are looking for a studio to teach from in an ideal location in north Liverpool with parking, sauna access, ice bath, hot studio and shower! Then look no further.

Forget earning £30 a class, we are currently looking to partner with a passionate coach or even existing studios in Liverpool that would like to expand their business without the hassle of opening your own gym.

This is a fantastic opportunity to start your OWN fitness community in the Walton area without paying bills and hefty set up fees.

Starting in January 2026 l will be running a 10 week meditation course, at Liverpool.

I am excited to announce that on 9th January, I’m guiding a Somatic Nervous System Reset session at Inner Guru, Liverpool.

If you’ve been carrying stress or tension, this is your invitation to pause, breathe and come home to yourself.
