Thank to our super fit patient from yesterday’s list. I have done a hybrid augmentation with implants placed in a subfacial pocket and fat grafting to the cleavage area to reduce the wide intramammary space. Fat was obtained by liposuction of the thighs and flanks. Patient is very happy with the results.

Ever wondered how fat grafting to breasts is done ? . Thanks to our beautiful patient for consenting to share these operative videos and before and after photographs showing how this is done. Patient wished to have the indentation in her right breast that she had developed following breast cancer operation corrected and fat grafting is a good option to correct this as can be seen in the before and after photographs

Thanks to our fabulous patient for consenting to share these Ontable results of breast reduction. She has been troubled with back ache, neck pain , shoulder grooving and poor confidence as they breasts not only very large and heavy but didn’t like them so droopy. I have carried out breast reduction and uplfit procedure removing 1.5kgs of breast tissue , reducing her cup size from 38 GG to D/DD . The ni**les are uplifted and she has a beautiful cleavage with a fuller upper pole. She is thrilled with the outcome and in her own words - “ this procedure has changed her life “.
