One of the key elements of good cosmetic results is determined by stable long term outcome. This is determined by two factors - patient factors and surgical technique/skill of the surgeon. This young lady desired a modest and natural looking enhancement. A 245cc anatomical implant was inserted in a subfacial pickets and the infra mammary fold was fixed with figure of 8 locking sutures. She has maintained a steady weight and remains a nonsmoker which is very important. She is very pleased with the long term results. results
