👀 If you look closely you can see that one of the front teeth is much longer than its neighbour and the gum lines are uneven

📆 This smile took Dr Natalie a few months to treat to ensure the results were perfect from a health and functional point of view and the cosmetics fell beautifully into place once the gums were healed after minor crown lengthening surgery

😵‍💫 This absolutely lovely patient already had composite bonding which had discoloured and chipped. After a full examination Dr Natalie advised the tooth proportions were out of sync making the composite look short and mismatched. This was also accompanied with stains and chips!

🔪 First of all, Dr Natalie started by performing some gum surgery to remove the excess gum around the teeth to increase the length which then complimented the width, this instantly made these teeth look much nicer.

📆 This smile makeover was performed over the course of 18 months, it involved orthodontic treatment, gum contouring, tooth whitening and then layered composite bonding to correct the remaining issues whilst also bringing this smile alive again

🔙 One of the BIGGEST issues we faced with this case was the correction of the side profile as the front for teeth were set back. Composite has to be layered carefully in these cases in order to get the colour of the teeth correct across the whole arch. A MASSIVE challenge but we LOVE the results!

🫶🏻 This lovely lady first came to our clinic complaining of little cracks at the edge of her teeth, Dr Natalie advised a brace to open up the bite a little as she was wearing her teeth away with a tight bite
