Gray Healthcare We are an award-winning complex care provider helping people move out of hospitals and other long stay institutions and into a home of their own for good.

We can provide the ongoing clinical support needed in a home setting. We are a national award-winning complex care provider who want to help more people across the UK with complex needs move out of hospitals and into a home of their own for good. We pioneered our innovative community care alternative to inpatient care back in 2007. With our clinically informed framework embedded with trauma informed principles, everything about the support we deliver is tailored around each person. From our specialist staff training programme, clinical assessments to our in-reach programme, no detail is overlooked. We support people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, acquired brain injuries and other complex needs.

🌎Today is World Diabetes Day. Many of the complex people we support live with a co-occurring condition such as diabetes alongside a learning disability, mental health condition or acquired brain injury. Managing diabetes alongside other support needs can be difficult, but our team of nurses are on hand to help the people we support manage their diabetes with medication and by diet.

🫶World Kindness Day!
Today we remember that kindness does not need to be grand to be powerful. It can look like:
✅listening without rushing
✅celebrating small wins
✅offering patience on a hard day
✅taking a moment to acknowledge someone's effort

Let's keep in mind that being kind is a choice we can make every day.

This Occupational Therapy Week, we're celebrating the theme: Right Support, Right Time.

Our Occupational Therapy team sees every day how powerful it is when the right support is offered at the moment it's needed the most. Whether it's building confidence with daily activities, supporting new interests or making environments more suitable, timing can change outcomes.

This week, we'll be sharing reflections from our Occupational Therapists on why timing matters and the impact of occupational therapy on the people we support.

🌎Today we're celebrating World Values Day! The theme this year, 'Values Can Change the Future' reminds us that what we believe can influence the impact we make.

This year our chosen value is 'Innovative'. We're incredibly proud of our teams, who live this value every day driven by a shared desire to do the right thing, the passion to challenge how services are delivered, and an unwavering commitment to finding new and better ways to support the people we work with.

Their creativity and determination are creating lasting, positive change in people's lives as evidenced in our most recent Outcomes Report.
