This soothing pose helps release tension in your back, hamstrings, and mind — perfect for improving flexibility and finding a sense of calm. ✨

Tip:
If your hamstrings feel tight, loop a yoga strap (or a towel!) around the soles of your feet. Gently hold the strap and lengthen your spine as you fold forward — it’s about mindfulness, not mastery. 💫
