😩 When “Just One More Email” Turns Into a Meltdown
Ever had one of those days where your laptop’s testing your patience, your coffee’s gone cold, and your brain’s saying “nope, not today”?
Yep. Been there.
You tell yourself to stay calm — but your inner voice is already halfway to throwing the mouse out the window.
(Spades, I see you. We don’t do “mild stress,” we do full system overload 😂).

Stress doesn’t come from what’s happening — it comes from how full our energy tank already is.
When you’re running on empty, even a tiny thing can tip you over the edge.
So next time you feel that pressure rise…

➡️ Breathe.
➡️ Step away from the screen for 2 minutes.
It’s not weakness — it’s wisdom.
You can’t solve chaos from inside chaos.
