Following the First Ministers announcement that West Lothian and Lanarkshire will move to Tier 4 on Friday 20th November.

The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy have deemed that Physiotherapy clinics an essential service.

SLC Physiotherapy shall remain open.
Appointments can me made at either Unitgym21 Livingston or CrossFit Airdrie through Instagram, Facebook or by calling 07557686647.

If you have any signs or symptoms of even a cold then please reschedule your appointment.

Had the pleasure of meeting Mark Ewen last night. Mark is an up and coming MMA fighter who trains out of Higher Level Martial Arts in Blackburn, known for producing World Champion fighters. Mark is the current M4TC British Champion.

Mark trains full time and is tipped to become a future World Champion. SLC Sports Therapy will be sponsoring him on his journey to the top of the sport. If you want to follow Mark, you can do so on Facebook and Instagram.

Pleased to announce we are now offering cupping Therapy.

The photo to right bottom is treatment to, trapezius, rhomboidal, rotator cuff and deltoid.

The photo on the left is treatment to the hip focusing on Gluteus min and mead then down into the IT band. These treatments reduce tension and pain in the muscles and joints. The second photo is for the treatment of plantar fasciitis. The treatments are not sore but can leave marks where the cups are placed which disappear within few days.
