✨Had the most incredible day at on the deep colon and abdominal massage course with the wonderful Rachel who kindly put the course on for me.

The training and experience was so incredible and I cannot wait to offer it to my clients. Abdominal massage is deeply relaxing liberating and empowering for women it is one of the main parts of our bodies we have been conditioned to hate.

Abdominal massage can help with digestion, bloating, constipation and menstrual symptoms. It can also engage the parasympathetic nervous system, stimulate lymphatic drainage and release endorphins. Such a beautiful treatment.

✨ Yesterday was one of those days that reminds me exactly why I love what I do

I was fully booked with four incredible women, each with their own story, their own needs, and their own reason for making time for themselves. 🤍

Here’s what my treatment day looked like:

• A full body Swedish massage
• Back, neck & shoulder release + Celestial Crown
• A deeply relieving back, neck & shoulder session
• A 90-minute Renew & Restore aromatherapy full-body treatment ✨

Every treatment was different, every body carried something unique, tension, stress, exhaustion, overwhelm chronic health conditions. It was such an honour to help each woman find comfort and relief.

💭 The feedback yesterday honestly made me do a happy dance. When someone walks in feeling tight, sore or emotionally overloaded… and leaves lighter, softer and more grounded that’s the magic of massage and just being held. One of my clients went straight for a nap after her 90 minute treatment so dreamy!!
