It is with a mix of sadness and gratitude that I announce the closure of Luna Flow Therapies at the end of April.

As I prepare for motherhood and new responsibilities, I've realised that managing a business while caring for my family has become unsustainable for me at this time. I'm proud to have created a nurturing space for women, and I hope to revisit my therapies in the future. For now, my priority is my loved ones.

Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your journey. It's been a privilege to support you.

So if you are wondering why I’ve fallen off the face of the earth… swipe left 🤣🙏🏻

We are blessed with another special bundle to bring into this world and we are over the moon ❤️

The first trimester this time has been the hardest yet, severe morning sickness has had my life 😭 but I’m getting there.

Things will probably look a bit different here as I navigate pregnancy with two small babes at home and working as a nurse, spending more time with my family and less time on my phone.

We are excited for our autumn baby to arrive 🎃🙏🏻
