XCITE CLOSURE UPDATE

Hi all, I wanted to refrain from making any announcement on the future of my clinic which operates out of Xcite Livingston, until any final decision had been made.

The final decision has now been made to close the site on the 31st of August. Unfortunately this means I will also be closing the clinic around that time, until I manage to find a suitable alternative.

I'll continue to take bookings for new and existing clients for the time being. I will also be suspending the purchase of block bookings from the beginning of July.

What is sports therapy and what can we offer?

Sports therapy involves the assessment of soft tissue and rehabilitation through various treatment methods.

The overall goal is to improve performance within a sport as well as day-to-day activities 💪

We can offer the following services:

- Injury and pain assessment
- Injury rehabilitation
- Injury prevention methods
- Safe return to sport following injury
- Improvement of every day and gym-based movements
- Postural assessment and correction strategies
