Treatment spaces are very limited now through to the end of the year, so please book ahead if you’d like your slot. I will put up any last minute slots too ✨️

This month we continue with the Autumn Glow Ritual and the Evening Escape Autumn Edit until mid-November, when we’ll flow into some winter therapies.

October is a month of shorter days, cooler evenings, and often more demands on us – so please remember to look after your mind, body & soul. Wrap up, light the candles, and keep your self-care routines close.
