We have some very exciting news. We’ve teamed up with the guys at Morton Running club to bring our members together for a One Space x Morton Run Club 🏃‍♂️

What will this include? A weekly 5km run on a Thursday at 1830, beginning on the 19th March. This can now be booked via our app for all One Space members. A monthly track session (with the potential of more) on a Sunday focusing on interval and speed work. First session will be Sunday 22nd March, at 0900. This will be booked separately (details on how will be given shortly). These sessions are perfect for anybody looking to improve their running for things like Hyrox, any running events, or just generally wanting to improve!

We’re super excited for this, especially as we head into brighter nights, and can’t wait to see all of the members there

Thank you to all competitors for bringing the effort and vibes, and thank you as always to our amazing volunteers for making it run smoothly
