Still not over yesterday. What a day. Had nearly 100 people come to One Space to compete. Unreal energy ⚡️

Great day welcoming the West Lothian College Level 5 Health and Fitness students to One Space ☮️

Great effort being put through their paces with a 60 minute Hyrox session. Great to see the younger generation trying out different modalities of training. Even though it was a brutal session, we hope you all enjoyed 👏🏽
