This week has been filled with colour & kindness.

My classes focused on the Yama of Ahimsa (non violence) & this weaved its way through our practice in the form of moving with love instead of fear.

The first photograph was an act of kindness that I was lucky enough to be the recipient of…a goody bag from one of my gorgeous tweens to make me smile 💖.
