Morag Johnston is Reiki Master/Teacher. Morag has recently run a highly successful Holistic Therapy Group for 4 years. She is also qualified in Crystal Healing, Mindfulness/Meditation, Indian Head Massage, Angel Therapy and Sound Healing.
Morag will be holding 7 fortnightly workshops from September to December at the Sonshine Studio.
Here is an outline of her workshops -
Week 1
Practice of self care - Overview of Reiki, Chakra cleansing with colours, exercise & healthy diet
Week 2
Setting Boundaries - The 7 Bands of your Aura, Personal space, Room cleansing
Week 3
Self care support- Crystal Healing – Benefits of crystals- selecting your crystal to provide you with self healing during a Crystal Meditation
Week 4
Forgiveness to let go of anger, resentment with the support of Archangels, Angels & Spirit Guides, Group Meditation.
Week 5
Taking control of your mental, emotional & physical wellbeing. Mindfulness/Meditation. Breath-work, exercise on the active mind.
Week 6
Acceptance and embrace emotions. Background to Sound Healing, sound bath.
Week 7
Review of previous sessions - setting a personal diary
Tea, coffee and a ‘wee biscuit’ will be provided
