Important Information❗️❗️

Road Closure on Murieston Road West with a diversion in place.
Please allow extra time for travelling to your appointment. This will be in place for approximately 3 weeks.

A new signalised pedestrian crossing point on Murieston West Road, Livingston - adjacent to the Bright Horizons nursery - is to be put in place. These improvement works will commence on the 8 July for a period of three weeks (approx.) and upon completion will provide a controlled crossing point, particularly for school children, making it safer to cross the road when going to and from Williamson Primary School.

Sorry for the inconvenience but to allow the works to take place a road closure and diversion route will be necessary. The diversion route will include Murieston East, A71, Murieston West in both directions and should add a little additional travel time to the public. We are also writing to the local businesses affected to advise them.
