Great day away with the team prepping 22 fighters at venue and throughout the day

What a weekend! Phew 😮‍💨 Amazing results from the team from the opening competition. What a team! Clan Combat ❤️🖤

Get • Happy Coach 😊 What a start to the year with an outstanding performance at the weekend.

The team entered the WKA International Open in East Kilbride, with teams from all over the UK and Europe in attendance.

With a team of 22, we came home with

16 Gold medals
17 Silver medals
6 Bronze medals

The team were 5th overall in the medal tables and the first team in The Lothian’s and West Lothian.

We would like to thank main sponsor Spasm Physical Therapies for being in attendance and keeping the team injury free.

Final sessions done with boxers Riley and Adrian ahead of their fights tomorrow. Complete overhaul needed so worked my magic on both of them at the same time. Full body release and rebalance, cupping therapy to release the final tension in their back, arms and chest and recovery leg sessions with the compression pro.
