Too often we can get stuck in our over thinking conscious mind, riddled with worry, doubts, fears and inner dialogue that can criticise and damage our inner beauty. But we can learn to break free from the negatives, embrace our higher self and live connected to our inner truths. When we live connected to, and embracing our thoughts, feelings and emotions, we begin to live more fully and deeply. We can make a choice, to live with feelings of love, happiness, joy and contentment, or feelings of pain, guilt or resentment. Join me, in choosing happiness each day, in manifesting more of what makes you happy into your life, and learn how we can bring our intentions into the universe and allow energy to continue the flow of abundance that is already within you.

Tinnitus isn’t the only noisy distraction we can experience when trying to Meditate, there are the endless distractions and sounds from inside and outside wherever you are.

Positive Affirmation Monday ❤️

A great selection to breathe and repeat this week.

Remember, it's ok if Affirmations don't feel "true" right now. Often, they feel like a lie, and sometimes just awkward - especially when we are out of touch speaking kindly or positively about ourself!

It is important to breathe through them, even if it's challenging to attach positive feelings to them yet. Be open minded and allow the meaning of the words, and in particular what they mean to you as an individual, to flow through you as you practice them. Be brave enough to give it a try.

Amen to this. And I've done it on so many occasions, and not proud of sitting in my own pity party of resentment.

Part of my own self care more recently, has being learning to say 'no' more often, and I still have practice to do.

I'm sure many of you can relate!

And whilst it can be incredibly difficult to say 'no thanks' to situations, people or requests because the fear and pressure remains, it does mean that when you choose to say 'yes' it actually feels good.

My hope by sharing is that someone else struggling or feeling the same can take a little positive from it, and remember you can set your own boundaries to find your peace ❤❤❤
