Positive Affirmation Monday ❤

Affirmations can be tough, especially when we don't believe what we are saying - and actually that's ok!

Remember, your mind wil beleive what you repeatedly say and think, so you get to choose, what sticks.

So, when you practice breathing deeply and repeating affirmations out loud, they can, with time and repetition become part of our deeper subconscious beliefs, transforming negative thoughts into more positive ones 🤗

Your social self care is just as important as your mental, physical and emotional care ❤

Remember that for maintaining good social self care your can:
• Plan face to face time - because it is important to spend time with your friends as well as your family
• Allow time for disconnecting - if you need the peace
• Schedule times to be social - because you will never find the time, you must make the time
• Be aware of others - it's all part of being mindful
• Review your relationships - which doesn't mean cutting someone from your life, but may mean adjusting how much time you give someone who drains you

So as the picture says, look for the people who are sparkly and feel easy to be around ☺
