Unfortunately ‘On the day prescribing for ORT’ has been cancelled from tomorrow and the rest of this week, due to service needs.

Please attend as normal if you have a scheduled appointment with SDP for review or contact 01506 282845 for new referrals, and the team will make contact to organise assessment appointments.

The event bringing together over 50 organisations from across the statutory, voluntary, and charitable sectors — all focused on supporting mental and physical health across the lifespan, from prebirth to older age.
