Autism isn’t something to be “fixed” — it’s something to be understood. 💙
This Autism Awareness month, let’s move beyond awareness and toward acceptance, inclusion, and kindness. Every autistic person experiences the world in their own unique way, bringing different strengths, perspectives, and talents that deserve to be celebrated.
Take a moment to listen, learn, and support. Small acts of understanding can make a big difference.

Today we celebrate Social Worker Day 💙

Social workers make a difference every single day—supporting individuals, strengthening families, and helping communities thrive.

Their compassion, resilience, and dedication often go unseen, but their impact is truly life-changing.

Thank you to all social workers for the care you give, the voices you amplify, and the hope you bring to those who need it most.

Nutrition & Hydration Week – Reflecting on What We’ve Learned!

As part of Nutrition and Hydration Week, we’ve been reflecting on the important topics we’ve explored over the last few months to support healthier eating and drinking habits.

During this time we have looked at:
🥗 The Eatwell Plate – understanding how to build balanced meals
🍬 Natural vs Added Sugars – learning the difference and where sugars come from
🍽️ Portion Control – recognising appropriate portion sizes
💧 Hydration – the importance of drinking enough fluids throughout the day
🔎 Understanding Food Labels – helping us make informed choices when shopping
🥕 Smart Snacking – choosing snacks that provide energy and nutrients

It’s been a great opportunity to build knowledge, share tips, and encourage small changes that can support better health and wellbeing.

Remember, small steps and simple choices can make a big difference over time!

Emotional health matters — every single day 💙

Emotional Health Awareness Day is a reminder that it’s okay to talk about how you’re feeling. Stress, worry, low mood, overwhelm… we all experience these emotions.

Checking in with yourself (and others) can make a real difference.
Take a moment today to:
✨ Pause
✨ Breathe
✨ Talk
✨ Reach out
You are not alone.
