Ibex First Aid We provide quality Rescue Emergency Care (REC) First Aid courses suitable for schools, private institutions and as CPD for mountain professionals.

We offer a range of courses suitable for school staff and students as well as an advanced medicine course. I am an experienced mountaineer with years of first aid training. I deliver fun and engaging first aid courses aimed at outdoor enthusiasts and professionals.

Just been reminded of a short video I took last January in the Cairngorms during Jen's rescue off the Vagrant. It was a typical day for an epic: end of a week of hard climbing combined with fantastic weather and a strong partner...what could go wrong?
