💗 Celebrating Every Kind of Love at Partnership of Care 💗

Today isn’t just about romantic love, it’s about all the different ways we show care, affection and kindness to the people who matter to us.

Chloe has been busy helping create her beautiful Valentine’s Day window decorations, complete with the crocheted heart lovingly made by her staff. 💜 The bond Chloe shares with her team is something truly special, built on trust, joy, shared adventures and a whole lot of encouragement.

Her staff love getting involved in everything she does, and in turn, they support Chloe as she works towards her goals and embraces new opportunities. That’s a kind of love worth celebrating. 🌟

Chloe isn’t the only one celebrating, Geraint, picked up donuts to share with his brother, a simple and sweet reminder of the love between siblings. 🍩💙

Whether you’re celebrating with hearts and flowers, sharing donuts with family, going on adventures with staff, or even sending a quick message to someone you care about…

✨ However you mark the day, we hope you find a moment of love and joy. And don’t forget to smile today. ✨

🎉✨ Happy New Year’s Eve from all of us at Partnership of Care! ✨🎉

We hope everyone had a truly wonderful Christmas filled with love, laughter, and festive cheer. As we say goodbye to 2025 and welcome 2026, it’s time to reflect, celebrate, and look forward to a fresh year ahead! 🌟

New Year’s Eve is celebrated in unique and fascinating ways around the world. In Spain, people eat 12 grapes at midnight, one for each month, to bring luck 🍇. In Denmark, folks jump off chairs to “leap” into the new year with good fortune 🪑. In Japan, ringing temple bells 108 times helps let go of past year’s worries 🔔.

Here in Wales, many people enjoy the tradition of singing “Auld Lang Syne” at midnight, remembering old friendships and welcoming new beginnings. Some also continue the historic custom of first-footing, where the first visitor to cross your threshold after midnight brings luck for the year ahead. 🏡💛

From all of us at Partnership of Care, we wish you a magical New Year filled with health, happiness, and wonderful memories. Here’s to 2026! 🥂
