April marks Caesarean section month 🤍
There’s a misconception that having a caesarean is the easy option. It is major abdominal surgery where 7 layers of the abdomen are opened before meeting your baby.
You are expected to just get on, to care for your baby while your body needs time to recover and heal.
Post-caesarean rehabilitation involving abdominal and pelvic floor strengthening can help your body recover, reduce your symptoms and get you moving safely again.
