Motherhood in all its beauty, is tough! Those early days and weeks of motherhood brings a whole host of emotional and physical demands. As a mother to 2 boys, I can totally relate.
The constant feeding, the rocking/ carrying, the broken sleep and just trying to get through one day at a time while being fuelled by a strong cuppa, it’s tough!
Our body is trying to heal from the demands of pregnancy and labour.
Our pelvic floor muscles have been under strain for months, our tummy muscles have stretched.
My Post-Natal Pilates classes are designed and led by me, a Physiotherapist and Pilates instructor, grounded by evidence-based clinical practice, allowing you to rebuild strength and confidence in your body again to deal with the demands of motherhood and beyond.
