Just to let my regular clients know that I am back working from Wenesday 19th August. I am also taking a small amount of bookings from local people, but no one just yet from further afield. I have completed a Covid 19 online course and received the certificate. I have also done a thourough risk assessment and have the PPE to keep myself and my clients safe, everything will be washed and disinfected between clients. Hi everyone, how are you all?
I hope this post finds you well. Many will be feeling anxious and worried and that is natural with so much uncertainty.

Here is an update:
My regular clients will have been informed by telephone. I decided to close my doors to treatments on 16th March this was a decision I decided to do off my own back in light of the escalation of the Corona Virus. It is in the interest of my clients and myself that I decided to make this decision earlier rather than later. This of course is a temporary measure.

I will send an update on here when I reopen my doors and my regular clients will receive a personal phone call to the same effect.

Remember these are some simple steps everyone can take to contain the virus:

SOCIAL DISTANCING:
At least 2 metres away from another person unless you are all from the same household.

HYGIENE:
1.Wash hands before going out and coming back home.
2.Santise hands if there is no soap and water available.
3. Wash your hands after opening mail.

In the meantime stay happy, healthy and safe and enjoy finding new pastimes. Will see you on the other side of this crisis with very best wishes.

The Bowen Technique is one of those treatments that people know little about. It is a gentle treatment using specific moves in specific places aroung the body. It is nothing like massage.
