Blaenos House Nursing Home Blaenos House Nursing Home cares for a maximum of 38 residents living with dementia and/or requiring nursing care on a short or long-term basis.

Most of our team members read and speak Welsh as their first language. Blaenos House is an award-winning Nursing Home in Llandovery, Carmarthenshire, offering high-quality residential, nursing, dementia, and respite care for older people. We are known for our dedicated team, warm and homely atmosphere, and personalised approach to care. With Welsh-speaking staff and a deep respect for local culture, we ensure residents feel comfortable and understood. Set within a charming period property, Blaenos House features spacious en-suite rooms, cosy communal areas, and beautiful gardens—providing a peaceful and supportive environment where residents can feel truly at home.

We recently said goodbye to our dear Dottie, who passed away at the remarkable age of 102. ๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ๐Ÿซถ Dottie was such a cherished member of our home, and these photos beautifully capture some of the many activities she enjoyed over the years.
It has been an honour to care for Dottie and to be part of her incredible journey. She will be remembered fondly by us all, and we send our love and thoughts to her family at this time. ๐Ÿ’โœจ
