Most of our team members read and speak Welsh as their first language. Blaenos House is an award-winning Nursing Home in Llandovery, Carmarthenshire, offering high-quality residential, nursing, dementia, and respite care for older people. We are known for our dedicated team, warm and homely atmosphere, and personalised approach to care. With Welsh-speaking staff and a deep respect for local culture, we ensure residents feel comfortable and understood. What a fun way to celebrate New Year’s Eve! 🎉 Our residents, staff and visiting family members all got involved in a lively game of Pick the Snowballs Up, filling the room with laughter and friendly competition. A huge well done to Daria, who won the friends and staff round, and to Sheila, who was our residents’ winner! 🌟

What a lovely way to celebrate Christmas Eve! 🎄🎉 Our residents enjoyed a wonderful party filled with festive cheer, laughter and music, made even more special as we celebrated Patricia’s birthday on the day.
