Santes Dwynwen Day! 💖 We enjoyed a lovely chat about weddings past and present - residents giving advice for the perfect marriage. Ivy brought in two dresses to show us — her daughter’s modern wedding dress and her mother’s wedding dress from over 70 years ago. Carole remembered making her bridesmaids’ red velvet dresses, while Irwine shared how he asked his future father-in-law for permission to marry. No hen or stag parties in those days! A lovely trip down memory lane. 💕
