Our Beginner Hybrid Bootcamp starts this Wednesday at 7:30pm with Wendy. It’s a 4-week block and it’s very much back-to-fitness friendly.

Not shouty bootcamp vibes just a supportive session mixing strength + a bit of conditioning, with options for all levels and someone actually coaching you through it.

If Christmas/ snow days and back to school knocked you sideways or you’re just trying to rebuild a routine, this is a really solid place to start.

If you’re curious, nervous or just looking to start somewhere then this 3 session developmental beginner course could be just the thing ✨

Over 3 weeks, we’ll start at the beginning, focusing on the basics of Pilates and how we move with a Reformer bed.

Expect a gentle, full body workout every week which aims to improve your strength and stability in a friendly, relaxed environment - not to mention a shiny new studio!
