Happy world book day. We are celebrating with a Baby Story Massage session at Llandrindod Wells Bib’s 📖👶

How honoured am I to be offering a 4 week FREE baby story massage course at Llandrindod Wells BIB's baby and toddler Breastfeeding support group starting this coming Thursday 26th February!! 🥰👶🥰 come along we would love to see you there!! Xx

Please come and join us for our first session back after half-term Thursday 26th February 10am-12 at the community room Festival Church Llandrindod formally known as the New Life Church next to Jigsaw Nursery. This is a change of venue for the foreseeable, whilst work is being carried out at our usual venue. 🤱

This week we are starting our 4 week course of baby story massage with the wonderful Laura from The Berry and Wanda Programme. This first session will all be about Legs. We recommend bringing a small baby towel or an old towel.

We are a friendly group and have a lovely area set up for mummies and babies to play and interact and make friends. Refreshments are available free of charge.

Trained ABM Breastfeeding Peer Supporters will be on hand for any help/advice throughout the session for all mums.

Pregnant and thinking of breastfeeding or worried you don't know enough about it. You are welcome to attend before baby arrives to find out more. Our Trained Peers will be glad to help.

Nervous about attending a new baby group, please feel free to bring along a partner, friend or family member. It's always important to have a support network, everyone is welcome at Bibs. You don't need to be experiencing difficulties to attend all are welcome & its free to attend.

At present due to a lot of Flu/covid/hand foot and mouth, RSV, chickenpox and Norovirus going around please make sure you are 48 hours clear since last bout of sickness before attending, as we have lots of young babies thank you.

Mommy and Me Yoga today at 1pm at the Wyeside Arts Centre, Builth Wells.

For the summer term we will be focusing on the Heart centre for some self love and kindness.
