With over 30 years within the construction industry in one way another, I've gained knowledge from the drawing board, on-site and on the road as a field engineer. I doesn't need to be this way !! You don't need to cut corners to save money, you need to think smarter and simplify things, and understand that people do not have a bottom less pit of money. You may not be the wealthiest person in the world, but you can always see a doctor
You're project should be same

It shouldn't be an elitist thing to have that new extension, a new build or that idea of building your own business around an idea

I think people appreciate my honesty and my guidance. My previous employment as an assistant to Mr John Wheatley an accredited conservation architect, of some note (top ten in the UK) has stood me in good stead
With a Diploma and HNC in Building Studies stretching back to the late 1980's and early 1990's and a member of the CIOB I think I can take on most projects, with connections to other very qualified professionals of Structural Engineers, Q.S, Ecologist, M&E specialists
If I don't know the answer, then I know someone who does !!!
