Christmas can feel difficult for some. Here are some tips from Mid and North Powys Mind on coping during the festive period.

During the festive period, it's helpful to plan ahead by setting a budget to manage gift-giving and celebrations, staying organized with a calendar of events, and taking time to relax and enjoy moments with loved ones.

Remember to prioritise self-care, stay healthy by eating well and exercising, and spread kindness through small gestures and thoughtful acts.

Additionally, capturing memories with photos and staying connected with friends and family, even virtually, can make the season more joyful and meaningful.

The Welsh Government’s Women’s Health Plan sets out a vision to close the gender‑health gap and make services more joined‑up, accessible, and effective. A key part of this vision is the creation of new Women’s Health Hubs in every health board area by 2026, offering a “one‑stop shop” of specialist and coordinated care for women and girls. Please help drive this vision forwards by completing this short survey in the first instance. https://buff.ly/eGfi7Mo
