Our coach Ceri will meet you every Saturday morning at 9am for 6 weeks with the grand finale of taking part in the park run as our end goal on the last Saturday!
You’ll be added to a WhatsApp group and given a 6 week plan to follow. This is ideal for anyone who wants to start running but doesn’t want to do it alone. The plan is suitable for complete beginners.
This is open to members and non-members - anyone is welcome 🤗
