Thank you to the many people who have taken the time to contact us. It is truly shocking that there are so many of you who have had relatives that have been neglected, or have not received the proper care at the hands of this nursing home. We are sure that there are many more that have not yet reached out. Our hearts go out to those of you that have lost love ones. To update you, we have made significant progress in the last week, escalating to cross party MPs, Care Inspectorate and Care a Social Services Inspectorate and are exploring the legal options. This time, this home (and indeed the Social Services) will not get away with what they have done and continue to do. That is a promise.
