Every Sunday meeting at 9:00 am in the water for 9:15 am

Location - North Dock, Llanelli

Meeting point - pay and display car park North Dock

Please be advised to bring the following

-A towel or Changing/dry robe
-Old shoes , Crocs or Water shoes if wanted
-A Woolly hat for before, during or after

Coffee and a chat at Unit 7 Llanelli straight after dip

Most importantly bring a smile and an open mind!!

Swapped the tub for the sea today 🥵 🥜

Nearly three years of cold water, connection, and coffee.

What started as a few brave blokes in freezing water has grown into a movement.

Over that time, we’ve supported hundreds of men, building resilience, breaking stigma, and backing each other.

Now the water’s warming up, so we’re moving back inside for the summer.

Join us at .7 in the Myochill tubs, starting this Sunday at 9:15am.

Same mission. Same crew.

Their support for the Young Person Crisis Prevention Café is truly incredible. Here’s how they’re making a difference:

Something a little different this morning! ❤️🥶

We joined the charity dip for Go Red for Heart Month, raising money for the British Heart Foundation. The lads showed their generosity by giving up their free coffees, donating £2 per dipper instead—raising around £40 in total!

Supporting the community that supports us is what we’re all about. 💙
