💠Sound Healing With Vibration… A Beautiful Ending to Your Massage Session

One of my favourite ways to complete a massage session is by offering a few moments of sound healing with gentle vibration. Over time, I’ve noticed how deeply this helps many of my clients settle into themselves, especially when they come in carrying a lot of thoughts, tension, or low energy.

During the session, I pay close attention to how your body and mind respond. If I feel that your energy feels scattered or your mind is running a little fast, I sometimes choose to add this sound-based relaxation technique at the end. The calming tones and soft vibrations help guide you into a deeper sense of stillness, almost like your whole system can take a long, peaceful exhale.

The feedback has been truly lovely. Many clients tell me it’s their favourite part of the experience:
