With the change of the seasons now upon us and entering the last quarter of the year (😱), please find the last of course days/annual leave where clinic will be closed/ reduced hours below:

The remainder of the year is filling up fast (diolch 💕), with limited availability. In keeping with this, should you need to reschedule/ cancel your appointment, please adhere to clinic policy (24 hours minimum notice) as it allows time to offer the appointment to someone on the waiting list. Failure to do so does unfortunately result in a full fee charge.

🐣 I hope everyone is enjoying the lovely sunshine, just a quick message to remind everyone that clinic will be closed over the Easter Bank Holiday, please find the details below : 👇🐣

🐣 Monday 14th through Thursday 17th - open 🐣.
🐣 Friday 18th through Monday 21st - closed 🐣.
🐣 Tuesday 22nd - normal hours resume 🐣.

🌼 Hopefully Spring is finally here and the gorgeous weather is here to stay, just a few quick updates👇🌼

🌼 I’ve updated the online booking platform to three months in advance, with the diary becoming full at two months I’ve added the extra month which should appear as available shortly. 🌼

🌼In relation to the above, should you need to reschedule your appointment, you may do so online up to 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please note that clinic does have a 24 hour reschedule policy, please keep this in mind to avoid any potential charges due to changes within this timeframe. 🌼

🌼 I’ll be updating the system this week, therefore there may be periods where the diary is not available. Should you encounter this, please contact me directly - it should only be unavailable for a very brief period. 🌼

🌼 In keeping with the current economic climate, there may be a slight price increase towards the end of Summer/Autumn. I am trying my best to avoid this but I will provide an update on this with plenty of notice should it occur. 🌼

🌼 Clinic is super busy at the moment (diolch!) and I can see that a lot of you are making the most of the online waiting list, please just remember that this does not guarantee an appointment. Booking an appointment guarantees it and after doing so, if you add yourself to the waiting list with all of your availability I can then bring your appointment forward should an earlier suitable one become available. 🌼

Just a quick update:

🌿 Clinic is super busy at the moment (Diolch!), so it’s paramount that should you need to reschedule your appointment please allow a minimum of 24 hours notice, as it allows me time to offer the appointment to someone on the waiting list. 🌿

🌿 A lot of you are making use of the online waiting list, please bear in mind that this does not guarantee an appointment and the requests expire after the dates you’ve selected have passed. 🌿

🌿I’ll be making some updates to the online diary shortly, therefore there may be a brief period where you’ll be unable to utilise it but this should be brief. 🌿

🌿 Clinic is now booked up into mid April and I’ll be out of the office for several days from the second (another post on this to come - promise), so should you wish to book a consult please do so in advance. I’m always more than happy to add to my waiting list but unfortunately there is no guarantee of an appointment without a booking. 🌿

The first packed working week of 2025 complete ✅.
Just a quick update:

🌟 I’ll be updating and amending some of the online booking portal over the next few weeks, therefore you may notice some changes but this will not impact upcoming booked appointments. 🌟

🌟 A lot of you have been booking ahead (diolch), if you book online but would like to come in on an earlier date should one become available, please either message to be added to the cancellation list or add yourself to my online waiting list. 🌟

🌟 Please note that online waiting lists do expire dependent upon the dates you’ve selected, therefore it’s always best to book the next availability that suits and then add yourself to the waiting/cancellation list as this guarantees an appointment. 🌟

I’ll definitely aim to add a few more updates this year in comparison to previously 😅.

❄️This year is truly flying by 👀. ❄️

❄️Clinic is exceptionally busy this time of year (thank you all ever much 💕) with only one returning consult available for the remainder of the year 🤯. ❄️

❄️The waiting list/cancellation list is live for the remainder of the year, please remember to pop all of your availability and the best way to contact you on the request. ❄️

❄️The diary for January is now open with some dates fully booked already 🤯 (thank you 💕). ❄️

❄️Clinic Christmas and New Years hours will be posted shortly, please note that clinic will be closed from the 28th of November and will reopen on the ninth of December. ❄️
