At R.E.D. The highest priorities at training sessions and our social media are safety, motivation, inclusion and fun. Meaning whichever session you take part in, guarantees you a positive experience where you will meet like minded people and discover things about yourself, whether it be a hot and sweaty dance fitness class or a deep and meaningful relaxation, meditation and confidence workshop. There will be no classes this week as I spend time with our mum who is very weak now. All prepayments will be honoured and carried over as always. I wont be answering messages.at present . Lovely PT session done today , focussing on gym confidence, form and program design as part of her training program at The Studio
If you're a member of Pentre Awel and want some company or advice to boost your gym confidence , maybe too shy to ask staff let me know, im a member anyway so if you see me on my day off there feel free to ask.
For current PT studio clients, for one of your sessions if you choose, and are a PA memberI can also write you a simple gym based program and have a consultation/assessment at The Studio , and additionally observe you initially as part of that in PA as part of your program.

As many of you are aware , our Mum is now very weak and unwell, so I have to be flexible over the coming weeks and may cancel sessions at short notice.I will try not to let you down but have to be near Mum Apologies in advance and thanks for your support. Im putting it here so it saves me repeatedly explaining and answering messages . Lots of love

Im taking names for Yoga dance.mini workshops in the spring there will be 2 levels. 90 mins each
1) intro session, gentle, no floor work, basic Yoga, and dance
2).Intermediate session for those experienced with stronger Yoga practices and basic dance , with some flexibility and floor work.

I am glad you have found me and are interested in making positive changes to your life. This is exactly why I started R.E.D. TOTAL WELLNESS - to help people to become the best version of themselves and to enjoy that journey. I am privileged to be able to share that journey of growth with so many people.
My journey began with dance and music from a very young age, this was therapy and escape to another world for me, it created my love of movement and amazement at what our bodies and minds are capable of. As I got older I dreamed of teaching classes and educating others about the benefits of exercise for the whole person to help people believe in themselves and accept others without judgement.
There have been times I have struggled with my weight (see pics on the page), with my health or injury and also with my mental health. I want to encourage people to talk about these issues and accept that we all have them and all struggle but also to realise it just adds to the flavour and strength of who we are. This is why I have classes for all ages and abilities including during pregnancy and we have formed a community of our own. Healthy bodies pave the way to healthy minds.
I believe that everyone can find some kind of activity they enjoy but also in the balance that relaxation and meditation bring with it. From personal experience the fitness and yoga have been my saviours but also the relaxation and meditation have broadened my mind and helped me connect with others. Music is a universal language and helps to join all the dots regardless of background, occupation, age, religion, and all the barriers society places on us that’s why we have fun without judgement in classes.
I decided to also pursue the 1 to 1 route to help people on a personal level to gain self-awareness and confidence to hopefully join a class. It gives me chance to work in more detail and to share my knowledge from years of training, research and practice.
