Lisa’s massage is my little business which can help with those troublesome knots and tension spots. I work from home so it’s a warm and relaxing space.

Lisa Jenkins is a local massage therapist currently qualified in Swedish and Indian Head massage, sports massage level 3 and 4, hot stone massage and rock taping, Reflexology, IASTM and Pregnancy massage.

This is for all my pregnant ladies. If your missing laying down on your belly then this is for you. I’ve only gone and bought a pregnancy cushion 😄 it’s amazing. You can lay down flat at any stage of pregnancy so you can get a better back neck and shoulder massage 💆‍♀️ 😄
