Just a quick reminder to patients that rude abusive behaviour will not be tolerated to our amazing, hardworking staff!!!!

We have noticed recently a few instances where a very small minority of patients think it is acceptable to be rude and abusive!!!

This time of year is extremely busy for ALL NHS staff, we are working under stressful
situations with limited funding from the government.
Please be nice and kind to all NHS staff!!!!!

It costs nothing to be nice, polite and friendly.
