Newly created in 2016, Chef’s Promise was established when we noticed a gap in the market for delicious, restaurant-quality gluten free ingredients. Although there has been a big increase in gluten free ingredients available in the retail sector, a lot of these don’t come close to the original when it comes to taste and performance. Our team of chefs is led by Executive Chef Massimo, whose wife herself is coeliac and is often left disappointed by the compromised taste of gluten free products. Many gluten free mixes are also time consuming in their preparation, requiring the addition of two or more ingredients. This can often lead to lack of consistency in results – a cause for concern in the food manufacture and catering business. Chef’s Promise is designed to perfectly meet the needs of people looking for great tasting, gluten free products that give the same results time and time again. Since most of our products are mixes you can add your own twist, the opportunities to experiment are endless! From gastro pub to fine dining our products can be adapted to meet your specific menu needs. We’re proud of the taste of our products – they taste so good that most people don’t even notice that they’re gluten free. In addition, all of our products are designed so that milk can be swapped for water, or butter for a dairy free substitute, making them the perfect option for those on a dairy free diet, too.
