Today, I've had three last minute cancellations. I understand that unforeseen circumstances and illnesses may occur and can interfere with your appointment time. However due to high
demand in people waiting for an appointment I
ask that when possible, you provide more than 24 hours notice if you wish to reschedule your appointment.
Cancelling a few hours before your prearranged appointment does not give me enough time to fill that appointment slot. As a small business owner it's difficult to take a hit of three missed appointments, especially when these appointments could have been filled with people on my waiting list. I've not implemented my cancellation policy as yet, but unfortunately I'm going to have to start charging for last minute cancellations.

Medi Pedi Treatment: This is an add on treatment to a regular footcare appointment, which consists of a footscrub, footsoak, foot massage and topped off with nail polish for £50
You can also choose to add on a Warm wax treatment with heated booties for an additional £15 - (may not be suitable for everyone*)
