📢 Practice Closure for Staff Training

Please be advised that the practice will be closed on Thursday 12th March 2026, between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM to allow for essential staff training.

During this period:

🚨 For life-threatening emergencies, please dial 999.

📞 If you require urgent medical assistance that cannot wait until the practice reopens, please contact 03000 844 000 to speak with a doctor.

⏰ For non-urgent matters, please contact the practice after 5:00 PM when normal services resume.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding while we undertake important training to enhance the quality of care we provide.

If you find technology tricky or feel unsure about using apps, online forms, or the NHS App, Kayleigh is here to help. She can support you with:

✔️ Setting up and using the NHS App
✔️ Ordering prescriptions online
✔️ Booking appointments digitally
✔️ Accessing online test results and messages

This free support is available to all our patients who would like a little extra help with technology.
