Remembering and honouring two very special and dear souls who passed this year reminding me how precious the time we spend is, connecting deeply to ancestral wisdom as the veil thins....We sometimes try to push through, but our body asks for something else entirely: To slow down, rest, recalibrate, and come back into rhythm.
