'Working through Andrea’s 12‑week course has been nothing short of life‑changing. This journey has opened up an understanding of myself that I didn’t realise was possible. It is has helped me dismantle, examine, and completely redefine the very infrastructure of who I am in this world—my beliefs, my patterns, my fears, and the deeper truths that sit beneath them.
When I first started receiving the weekly reports I can honestly say I felt really seen and validated in ways I didn’t even know I needed: my thoughts, my sensitivities, the drivers behind my behaviours, and the barriers that have held me back for as long as I can remember. I am honestly seeing myself and the patterns and dynamics of my life with new eyes.
A profound part of this work has been exploring ancestral patterns—where they come from, how they live in the body, and how to heal them with compassion and clarity. As well as working with the specific frequencies to not only know where my physical imbalances originate, but how they show up day to day, along with practical and energetic ways to bring myself back into alignment.
What makes this course extraordinary is that it works on every layer: emotional, physical, energetic, ancestral, and spiritual. The healing goes so deep that the world around you responds. The people in your life shift. The environment shifts. Your reality begins to reflect your healing rather than your wounds.
I can feel this transformation in every part of myself. My energy and vitality have expanded. My sense of focus is sharper than ever. My connection to purpose is off the charts. I feel lit up, grounded, and guided all at once.
If you are considering doing this I can tell you. You will heal yourself. You will remember who you are. And the people, opportunities, and circumstances that surround you will begin to nourish you, not drain you.
