Kirstyn offers Creative Kinesiology, Therapeutic Massage, Sound Therapy, Reflexology, Craniosacral Therapy, and TRE® (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises).

Pay What You Can Tuesdays are because I want to acknowledge how difficult things are.
Pay What You Can Tuesdays are a way of giving back to my community.
I've been in the community working as a multidisciplinary practitioner for over ten years and working integratively for over twenty-five years.
I want to give back. To hold space for your need to be witnessed. We can work with whatever you need on the day to help you from where you are right now into your warmth, your inner light.

Pay What You Can Tuesdays is my way of acknowledging that we're in difficult times. And when things feel really difficult and transitions are hard, I want you to know that you can be held in a sacred space.
I've been in the community working as a multidisciplinary practitioner, above the GO Cafe, for over ten years, and working integratively for over twenty-five years.
I feel that Pay What You Can Tuesdays are a way of acknowledging how difficult things are. A way of giving back to my community.
I'm a resource in the community.
I'm not just here for people who can afford it.

We Can take some time for understanding things going on in our lives that we may feel are out of our control, and be held in a sacred space.

Hello! I’m rebranding and I want to offer sessions as a celebration and a thank you for all those who’ve supported me over the years. InnerSol Integrated Therapies has been amazing – a wonderful umbrella to share my many practices with you. Now it’s time to transition.

I realise everything is really strained and difficult at the moment. Everything is going up in price and I want to bring my prices down because we need to invest in connection to ourselves more than ever.

I want to be of service. I’m experienced, capable, and compassionate enough.

I am here in the community providing Bodywork, Creative Kinesiology, Soundwork, Craniosacral Therapy, Reflexology, and the wonderful tool of TRE® (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises).

At this time, when we’re all in great transitions, Creative Kinesiology is a great way to check in with whatever the body really needs.

My integrated approach means I can deliver on my promise that Kirstyn Connects wherever you are in your life right now.

We can get through this.

Each one hour session is via Zoom or in clinic at Compton’s Yard, 13 Great Oak Street, Llanidloes SY18 6BW.

Tues and Thurs sessions start 9AM with last session at 2PM.
Wed sessions start 9AM with last session at 4PM.
For your special occasions, Friday evening sessions can be booked.

What do I usually require you to invest for a one hour session?

There is a sliding scale. £50. £45. £35.
A limited number of concessions are available. If you need a concession, please communicate with me.
