We are excited to introduce Alison Davies and Rhian Rees, who are working as First Contact Physiotherapists at Llanidloes and Caersws Surgeries. Both Alison and Rhian are highly skilled Specialist Physiotherapists with extensive training and experience in managing musculoskeletal conditions.

The First Contact Physiotherapy service is designed to support individuals experiencing bone, joint, or muscle-related problems. It focuses on the assessment and initial management of these issues, without the need to see a GP first. They can:

• Assess and diagnose your condition
• Provide advice, guidance, and exercises
• Refer you to the most appropriate service, including specialist care
• Arrange investigations, such as X-rays, if required

If you're experiencing any of these issues, please ask the reception team about booking an appointment.
