I specialise in holistic and remedial massage. My massage treatments always begin with a full consultation. This allows me to really listen to you to find out your needs and goals so I can tailor your treatment specifically to you. I have three massage oil blends to choose from for your treatment. I have thirteen years experience performing Deep Tissue and Remedial Massage. These specific styles work effectively to relax the muscles and release deep tension, as well as getting rid of knots and relieving pain. They help aid recovery and and restore flexibility. Sessions incorporate a relaxing, holistic approach using techniques I have learned from studying Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, Hot and Cold Stone Therapy and Aromatherapy. Hot and Cold Stones is complimentary with every treatment. Not only is it important to look after yourself physically, but also to relieve tension and stress from the mind as well. After your treatment, you'll receive hints and tips about stretching, relaxation and self massage techniques that you can incorporate into your daily life in between sessions.

A thing I am really passionate about is natural skin care and after working for Lush cosmetics for years I have gained knowledge on lots of natural ingredients that are amazing for our skin and can be made easily at home with things we use every day

Back in New Zealand me and my friends held workshops on how to make these easily at home! Here we were making an oil cleansing balm and a coffee body scrub

Hi everyone 👋 Now I am settled back in Mid-Wales I will be taking bookings in my lovely treatment room in Llanidloes, Great Oak Street
